Alf Engqvist has since August 2010 been Group Executive Vice President Central Infrastructure. Prior to this Mr. Engqvist served as the Head of Asset Management, Vattenfall Eldistribution AB. Before this he has held the positions as General Manager at Vattenfall Service Syd AB, Key Account Manager for Vattenfall industrial customers, and Deputy General Manager, Vattenfall Consultants AB. Mr. Engqvist graduated from The Naval Officer School in Gothenburg as a naval engineer, and has further education within management and economics. Alf Engqvist is a Swedish resident. Bjørn Frogner (Born 1962) from left (2) |
Bjørn Frogner has served as CEO of Infratek since 2007. Prior to that Mr. Frogner was Group Senior Vice President Technical Services in the Hafslund Group, which Infratek originates from. He began working for Hafslund in 2001, holding such positions as Staff Manager, Group Senior Vice President Contracting and Security, and Group Senior Vice President Business Development. Previous experience includes serving as Staff and Finance Manager for the printing firm Schibsted Trykk AS, Finance Manager for the construction company Veidekke ASA, and with KPMG. Mr. Frogner received his master of Business and Marketing degree from the Oslo School of Management. Bjørn Frogner is a Norwegian resident. Mr. Frogner and parties closely related to him own 183 000 shares in Infratek ASA. |

Lars Erik Finne (Born 1975) from left (3) |
Lars Erik Finne was Group Executive Vice President Technical Systems in Infratek from 2007-2009, and has since 2009 served as Group EVP Security. Prior to this, Mr. Finne served as Director of Strategy and Business Development in Hafslund Technical Systems since 2006. He had been with the Hafslund Group since 2003, holding such positions as business developer and Senior Adviser M&A. Mr. Finne joined Hafslund in 2003 from Markup Consulting. In the period from 1999 to 2001, he was the Marketing Director of Kagge Forlag. Mr. Finne holds an MSc in Marketing from the Norwegian School of Management BI. Vibecke Skjolde (Born 1965) from left (4) |
Vibecke Skjolde has since June 2010 been Group Executive Vice President/CFO. Prior to that she was engaged as the head of a larger efficiency improvement program for the transport corporation Fjord1 in Norway. Before that she was Head of Advisory at Mirror Accounting, a company within the Lindorff Group. Previously she has been Finance Director of the companies Hurtigruten ASA and Hafslund ASA, as well as Finance Manager for the energy companies Tindra AS, Din Energi AS and Vestfold Kraft AS. Skjolde holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration and an MSc in Public Accounting from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Lars Bangen (Born 1960) |
Lars Bangen was Group Executive Vice President Infrastructure in Infratek from 2007, and from 2009 Group EVP Infrastructure West. Today he serves as Group EVP Local Infrastructure. From 2004, Mr. Bangen was General Manager of Hafslund Entreprenør AS (contracting), and prior to that Head of Procurement in Hafslund Nett AS (networks). From 1998- 2002 he was divisional manager in Viken Energinett, responsible for the distribution grid in Oslo from 1998 and in Oslo, Asker and Bærum from 2000. Mr. Bangen started his career in Oslo Lysverker in 1986, and holds an MSc in Electric Power Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTH).
